The Competency Navigator is a world first web enabled diagnostic tool that collects and analyses information on staff skills and competencies.

The user is guided through a series of screens that seek responses on the tasks they are required to perform in their job. Behind the scenes, tasks are translated to national competency standards, so as to provide a map between a set of tasks and a suite of Nationally Accredited Qualifications to which those tasks relate.
